Thank you so much to everyone who voted for KPOV as Best Radio Station in Central Oregon in the Source Weekly’s 2015 “Best of Central Oregon” readers’ poll. What a wonderful gift for our 10th Anniversary year!
We are inspired by your confidence in KPOV as a great local radio station and pledge to keep bringing you high quality music, local news and affairs, and thoughtful dialogue on issues from local to global.
Community radio by the people and for the people of Central Oregon rocks on!
KPOV has received grants from Deschutes Cultural Coalition and Deschutes County to sustain and increase KPOV’s coverage of arts and culture in Deschutes County! We purchased a new production board to increase the quality of production of our local and visiting musicians and artists.
We also received funding from Brooks Resources and an anonymous northwest author.
KPOV also thanks super volunteers Jack Elliot, Joe Katroscik and Paul Arebalo for their amazing engineering work to set up the new board.
