Yoga for Strong Bones

Yoga is the perfect low-impact exercise to improve bone density without the use of weights or bone-jarring jumps, and this class is specifically designed to strengthen bones while gaining flexibility and balance. Certified yoga instructor Ashley Trottier brings a background in somatic yoga, dance and meditation to her classes, and Yoga for Strong Bones will help get your bones, muscles and tissues moving in natural alignment.
