Intro to Facebook

More and more people are using social networking to connect with friends and family. We'll show you how to get the most out of your account while staying safe online.
Activities will include finding contacts and groups to build your network, adding photos, commenting on and sharing posts. Participants will also learn how to access their security and privacy settings with a discussion of the options.
Participants will need an active facebook account and the password to get in if using one of our classroom computers.
This is a hands-on, interactive class, 2:30pm at the Downtown Bend Library. Participants should be comfortable using a mouse and internet browser. The library has laptops available or you can bring your own. Space is limited and registration is requested.
